About Campop
Campop is an independent discovery and information platform that helps parents and families find camps, holiday programs and other activities for children and teenagers.
Campop provides information about programs offered by independent third-party organisations (“Providers”).
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Campop does not organise, operate, supervise or deliver the camps or activities listed on the platform.
Information provided on Campop
We aim to provide useful, accurate and up-to-date information about camps and Providers.
Program information may originate from Providers, publicly available sources, Provider websites or other sources considered appropriate by Campop.
Although we take reasonable care when compiling and updating information, Campop does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or current at all times.
Information including dates, times, locations, prices, age requirements, availability, program content, included services and cancellation conditions may change after publication on Campop.
Users should always verify important information directly with the Provider before making a booking or payment.
If you notice incorrect or outdated information, please contact Campop so that we can review it.
Availability
The appearance of a program on Campop does not mean that places are currently available.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Campop does not manage or guarantee camp availability.
Availability should be confirmed directly with the Provider.
Bookings and contracts with Providers
Campop is not a party to the agreement between a user and a Provider.
When a user follows a link from Campop to a Provider and makes a booking, registration or purchase, the user enters into an agreement directly with that Provider.
The Provider’s own terms and conditions, privacy policy, cancellation policy and other applicable policies govern that agreement.
Campop does not accept bookings or payments on behalf of Providers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices and payments
Prices displayed on Campop are provided for informational purposes.
Providers may change their prices, fees, discounts or other commercial terms at any time.
The price and conditions shown by the Provider at the time of booking prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments are made directly to the Provider or through a third-party booking service selected by the Provider.
Campop is not responsible for payment processing between users and Providers.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies are determined by each Provider.
Any request relating to a cancellation, refund, credit, rescheduling or payment dispute must be addressed directly to the relevant Provider.
Campop does not determine whether a user is entitled to a refund and is not responsible for processing refunds relating to bookings made with Providers.
Camp participation and safety
Providers are responsible for organising and delivering their programs and for determining their own operational, supervision and safety procedures.
Campop does not supervise children participating in listed programs and does not control the Provider’s staff, facilities, equipment or activities.
Questions concerning supervision, safeguarding, medical requirements, allergies, accessibility, insurance, qualifications, emergency procedures or other safety matters should be confirmed directly with the Provider before participation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Campop is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, damage or other incidents arising from participation in activities provided by third-party Providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Providers
Providers are responsible for ensuring that the programs they offer comply with applicable laws and regulations and that the information they provide to Campop is accurate.
If you represent a Provider and believe that information about your organisation or programs is incorrect, outdated or incomplete, please contact us.
Providers may also contact Campop to request the addition or promotion of programs on the platform.
The appearance of a Provider on Campop does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Campop.
Featured and sponsored listings
Campop may offer Providers paid promotional opportunities, including featured listings, sponsored placements or other forms of increased visibility.
Where a placement is paid or sponsored, Campop will identify it appropriately.
Payment for promotion does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the Provider or its programs.
Campop may determine how programs are displayed and ranked, subject to applicable law.
External websites
Campop contains links to websites operated by Providers and other third parties.
Campop does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, booking systems or services.
When a user leaves Campop, the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third party apply.
User conduct
Users may use Campop only for lawful purposes.
Users must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of Campop
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems
- use automated tools to extract or reproduce substantial parts of Campop without permission
- submit false, misleading, unlawful or harmful information
- infringe the rights of Campop, Providers or other third parties
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Campop name, branding, website design, database structure, original text and other original content created by Campop are owned by or licensed to Campop.
Provider names, logos, photographs and other Provider materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Campop may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, but users may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit substantial parts of the platform without prior permission.
Changes to the service
Campop may add, modify, suspend or remove features, listings or other parts of the platform.
We may also update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on Campop together with its last-updated date.
Limitation of liability
Campop provides a discovery and information service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Campop is not liable for losses resulting from:
- inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by Providers or other third-party sources
- changes to camp availability, schedules, prices or program content
- actions or omissions of Providers
- bookings, payments, cancellations or refunds handled by Providers or third parties
- participation in camps or activities organised by Providers
- temporary unavailability or technical interruptions of Campop
- third-party websites or services linked from Campop
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any dispute relating to Campop will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
