BP College was founded by Mirco Pruyser and Billy Bakker. They wanted to pass on the hockey knowledge they acquired during their careers to the young, motivated hockey players of the Netherlands. This began with training sessions and clinics, where they would take a number of cones and balls in the trunk of their car to a club and conduct the relevant training or clinic. This was always done with their own philosophy on hockey, particularly regarding scoring. BP College has now been carrying this philosophy with it for 9 years. Mirco and Billy, supported by a large group of BP Top Trainers, pass on this philosophy during the training sessions, clinics, and camps that take place throughout the year at various hockey clubs in the Netherlands.
